Caitlyn McTaggart, Board Member

A native San Diegan, Caitlyn McTaggart currently works as the Development Director for the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA in Encinitas. Her responsibilities include overseeing all fundraising activities for the branch, including major gifts, grants, annual giving, corporate giving and planned giving. Prior to accepting the position with the YMCA, Caitlyn worked as the Development Coordinator and the Foundation and Grants Manager for the YWCA of San Diego.

Caitlyn has a B.A. in Communication and Professional Writing from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of San Diego. She is currently involved with various community organizations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Rotary and the San Diego Hunger Coalition.
